AIMS & OBJECTIVES


We believe that to achieve success we, the school community and the parents need to be focused towards our aims and objectives. Hence, SSES aims not merely at giving instruction to enable its students to pass examination but importing a well-rounded education based on the formation of character and resting on sound moral principles, grounded on a healthy atmosphere of respect and justice accorded to each student who is unique and gifted. Our specific aims and objectives are:-

  • To provide education as an inreliable right of every human.
  • To take in accord the person’s human life; its physical, spiritual,. intellectual, moral, individual, domestic and social aspects.
  • To help meet the demands of our national goals and aspirations.
  • To aid and guide students to harmess their higher studies and professional development.
  • To help the individual adjust to the community and enhance the range and quality of participation in the basic functions of the society.
  • To be trained in the art of creative and critical thinking, adjusting to daily situations, and thus grow in responsibility.
  • To create in the school campus an atmosphere of love and understanding in constant dialogue and open communication so that school and family may blossom into a community of responsible and happy citizens.
  • To nurse noble ideals of respect for self and otherws thus grow into selfless and responsive agents of change when required for the upliftment of quality human life.

About the Primary and Secondary Program of SSEIs

The secondary programme of SSES has been developed by the experts and subject leads from the Sir Syed Education Society head office in collaboration with the office of Director Training, Evaluation and Curriculum have been established based on teh SLO system. This programme has been benchmark against international standards which can raise the standards in education by creating a model for excellence and achivement. We inspire students to grow and develop in and out of the classroom.Subject-Wise centralized curriculum breakups for classes 6 and 7 and 8 are developed in-house and articularted. For grades 9 and 10 SLO base curriculum is being used.

The appropriate and relevant secondary programme has been designed for the children according to their culture and religion. SSES in Wah Cantt are known for their students doing well in FBISE for years.

About SSC & HSSC Programme of SSEIs

Educational assessment or educational evaluation is the systematic process of documenting and using empirical data on the knowledge, skill, attitudes, aptitude and beliefs. To ignite, refine and improve student learing. Sir Syed School Campus 4 Successfully run a formative assessment program, it is taken twice in a month through which each unit is assessed scrutinizingly. Two term exams are also part of it. To make teaching and learning process more concrete on SSC and HSSC level summative assessments are upheld in the form of one send-up and a pre-board exam, short before the student’s final exam. Assessment without Evalucation is a raw piece of paper therefor; parent’s teacher meetings are frequently administered. In which students’ areas of improvements are discussed and within parent’s inclination further steps are taken accordingly. SSES have well-equipped labs with adequate resources, materials and trained staff assist students in practical learning of the concepts and meet the requirements of the Federal Board.

Rules and Regulations

For Parents

  1. Parents are requested to read the Discipline Policy given at the end and sign the undertaking.
  2. Parents are requested to see and sign the progress reports of their children.
  3. All Suggestions or complaints should be made direct to the Principal.

When a nation becomes devoid of arts and learning, it invites poverty. And when poverty comes it brings in its wake thousands of crimes.

Attendance & Leave

  1. Regular attendance is necessary.
  2. A student who is absent without leave for 6 days in a month consecutively is struck off the rolls.
  3. Student failing to record 75% attendance at the end of the session will be detained.
  4. Medical leave can be santioned in case of serious illness, which must be certified by a qualified doctors.
