Policy Statement

The following discipline policy outlines the expectations and consequences for student behavior at Sir Syed School Campus-3. This policy applies to all students in all school-related activities, both on and off-campus.


Respect: Students are expected to show respect for themselves, their peers, staff, and school property. This includes using appropriate language, being courteous and cooperative, and treating school property with care and respect.

Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance is expected, and absences should only be for valid reasons.

Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, and any other forms of academic dishonesty are prohibited.

Safety: Students are expected to comply with all school safety regulations and to behave responsibly to ensure the safety of themselves and others.


Any behavior that does not meet our school’s expectations may result in disciplinary action. The consequences for student behavior will depend on the severity and frequency of the behavior and will be determined by school administration. Examples of disciplinary actions include, but are not limited to:

Verbal warning and counseling.

Detention or in-school suspension.

Parental notification.

Suspension from school.

Expulsion from school.


Disciplinary procedures will be consistent and fair, with due process afforded to all students. Students who are facing disciplinary action will be informed of the reasons for the action and will have an opportunity to present their side of the story.
